WESTWOODS HEALTH STIKE PROCESS
We operate a strike policy for all class and appointment bookings at the club that are unattended by our members.
If you receive three strikes within a 30 day period, you will be unable to make another booking for 7 days.
In order to avoid this, please aim to:
- Attend all booked events – this includes all gym appointments and classes.
- Cancel any bookings at least one hour prior to the booked event.
- Ensure that you swipe your membership card on entry at the front entrance or at Reception prior to your booked appointment or class – ensure that you hear a beep when scanning your card to make sure that your attendance has been recorded.
Due to the current Track and Trace system it is highly important that you swipe your membership card on entry to the club so that we can operate in a safe and effective manner.
