Westwoods Health Club is delighted to collaborate with The Spartans Football Academy as its official fitness partner. To mark the launch of our partnership we were thrilled to host a nutrition workshop and 45-minute circuits session for the girls’ team in our Energy Studio and Sports Hall. Our launch event will hopefully be the first of many over the next 2 years!
