As well as two indoor studios, we have a new outdoor area to the rear of the club we have named our Outdoor Fitness Zone. Not many health clubs in the city can offer its members outdoor training, especially in such an amazing setting as Fettes College. There is a range of classes on our timetable to offer members a variety while accommodating differing levels of fitness.
This high intensity, high-impact workout incorporates a variety of different exercises developed to engage the whole body. This is a great workout for building strength and toning your body while having fun outdoors and burning calories.
As a Westwoods member, you have access to our stunning grounds, where you can run our 5km route around the college's sports pitches. All you need to do is sign in at reception and collect a wrist band and route map before going back out and enjoying a jog in a safe and relaxing environment.
This low-impact workout involves a number of challenging exercises designed to improve strength and muscle tone. This class will have you working in individual stations, outdoors with an instructor to engage your body in this fun, fat burning workout.
