Studio cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery and involves using a stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel. Our Energy Studio is just the place to get you motivated and ready to take part in this amazing class.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to High-Intensity Interval Training. This really is an amazing way to get a full body workout.
HIIT Training & Workouts
HIIT Training, otherwise known as High-Intensity Interval Training, High- Intensity Intermittent Exercise or Sprint Interval Training, is a form of interval training which is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until you are too exhausted to continue. Designed by a former marine, Metafit is a 30-minute, high-intensity workout which includes a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. The class is designed to push you to your limits.
